Limited Lifetime Warranty
This limited lifetime warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable. A copy or original sales receipt from the original authorized Cretanbull retailer is required. This limited warranty excludes products bought from unauthorized retailers (including, without limitation, online 3rd party sellers who sell on auction sites). Warranty verification DOES NOT accept online auction confirmations.
The Warranty covers all aspects of the Product's functionality under normal conditions of use. The Warranty covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship.
Any issue caused by abuse, mishandling, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand, or other contaminants, or an act of God, including but not limited to flood, drought, earthquake, or any other natural disaster, is not covered. Products that are lost or stolen are not covered by the Warranty. The sole exception to these terms is our replacement policy regarding iPhone cases. Upon approval by Cretanbull, our iPhone cases are eligible for up to two cosmetic replacements per year. All product exchanges are for the same SKU as the original purchase.
The Warranty lasts as long as the Customer owns the Product.
Should the Product malfunction or fail to perform, Cretanbull will replace it with a Product that is most similar. Due to the nature of the Product, repair or identical replacement parts may not be immediately available. Cretanbull will repair or replace a damaged component with the closest matching Product or Product component in the closest matching color. This decision will be made case-by-case between Cretanbull and the Customer. In the event of a disagreement between Cretanbull and the Customer regarding the option to select, Cretanbull has the final say.
In no event shall Cretanbull or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products used in or with the Product, even if Cretanbull has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cretanbull is not responsible for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property contained in the Products, including, but not limited to, laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, or handheld devices, or for any loss of data contained in the aforementioned devices. Regardless of any damages you may incur for any reason (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise), Cretanbull and any of its authorized suppliers' entire liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product. Some states and/or jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the aforementioned exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
Cretanbull products are rigorously tested to ensure that the products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Cretanbull product (the “Product”) and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Cretanbull will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to and extends for the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).
This warranty is intended to confer certain legal rights on you. In addition to the rights described in this document, you may also have rights that vary from state to state or country to country regarding the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, and repair and replacement. Consequently, the specific limitations and exclusions contained in this warranty may not apply to you.
